Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for villa owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with high-quality service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with villa owners to provide updates on revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction metrics.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by villa owners promptly and professionally.
    • Work closely with operational teams to ensure villas meet Intaran Villa Management’s standards of excellence.

    • Identify and secure new villa management opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in Bali’s villa management industry.
    • Build strong relationships with potential clients, including villa owners and other stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
  1. Revenue Optimization:
    • Analyze villa performance data and recommend strategies to increase occupancy rates, optimize pricing, and boost revenue.
    • Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends.
