As the CEO and Founder of Intaran Villa Management Bali, I will serve as the visionary leader responsible for establishing, developing, and driving the strategic direction of the company. I will oversee the company's operations to ensure alignment with its mission to deliver exceptional villa management services, increase villa owners’ revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, extensive knowledge of the Bali market, and the ability to build strong relationships with villa owners, guests, and the broader tourism community.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the company’s short-term and long-term strategies in alignment with its mission and goals.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain the company’s brand positioning as a premier villa management service provider in Bali.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and secure new villa management contracts, ensuring a win-win relationship with villa owners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including villa owners, tourism operators, and government agencies.
  • Develop partnerships with local and international travel agencies, online travel platforms, and service providers to maximize villa exposure.

3. Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective villa management services, including maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and marketing.
  • Implement processes and technology to optimize operations, improve guest satisfaction, and increase revenue for villa owners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate operational success and drive continuous improvement.

4. Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and profitability of the company.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Regularly report financial performance to stakeholders and address any areas requiring attention.

5. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional villa management services.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for employees to build a strong and motivated team.

6. Guest Experience

  • Champion guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Promote initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and encourage repeat bookings.

7. Corporate Governance

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and legal obligations.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business practices.
  • Work closely with the advisory board to align strategic decisions with shareholder expectations.
