As a Co-Founder, I will play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and operations of Intaran Villa Management. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for the hospitality and real estate industry. You will work collaboratively with the founding team and oversee key aspects of the business, including strategy development, operational management, and building partnerships to expand the company’s footprint in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Define and drive the overall vision and mission of Intaran Villa Management.
    • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to enhance growth, profitability, and market presence.
    • Ensure alignment between the company’s objectives and market trends in the villa management sector.
  1. Operational Excellence
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Develop systems and processes to enhance the management of properties under Intaran’s portfolio.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  1. Business Development
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s villa portfolio through partnerships with property owners.
    • Negotiate agreements and maintain strong relationships with villa owners to ensure long-term collaborations.
    • Explore innovative marketing and sales strategies to attract high-value guests and increase bookings.
  1. Team Leadership and Development
    • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across various functions, including operations, marketing, and guest services.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
    • Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of staff to maintain high service standards.
  1. Financial Oversight
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure sustainable financial health and profitability.
    • Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and oversee cost control measures.
    • Provide strategic input to optimize pricing, revenue management, and operational costs.
  1. Guest Experience and Satisfaction
    • Ensure that all properties meet or exceed guest expectations by implementing superior service standards.
    • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive reviews and high satisfaction levels.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Represent the company in industry events, networking functions, and community engagements.
    • Maintain a strong reputation for Intaran Villa Management as a trusted partner for villa owners and guests.
